📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with interior designers, property developers, and premium furniture showrooms.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits and long-term success.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities.
Develop and present proposals to secure and maintain key partnerships.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to build and strengthen relationships.
Monitor partnership performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategies.
Leverage social media and influencer marketing to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the interior design or property sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partnerships.
