📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the 8-building apartment complex project, ensuring that all construction activities are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that the project is on track and that all stakeholders are aligned.
• Monitor project progress and quality, and take corrective action as needed to address any issues.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with local regulations and industry standards.
• Manage the project budget and financial performance, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Conduct site inspections and safety audits to ensure that all construction activities are safe and compliant.
• Develop and implement a safety management plan to minimize risks and protect the health and safety of all project stakeholders.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and promote teamwork and communication among all project team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Field Management for large-scale construction projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Proficiency in using construction management software, such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
