📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with product selection and purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Stock shelves and maintain store displays to meet sales goals
• Process transactions accurately using our POS system
• Handle cash and manage store finances, including reconciliation
• Assist with inventory management, including counting and reporting discrepancies
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly targets
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and participate in regular training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with retail POS systems such as Cimory's proprietary system
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
