📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the claims processing team, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
• Train and mentor team members to maintain high standards of performance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Resolve complex claims issues and provide guidance to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all claims activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare claims operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience with claims processing software such as Eclipsys, NextGen, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in healthcare claims processing or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
