📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in Bali's real estate and hospitality sectors.
• Develop and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting our company's expertise and solutions.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless execution of plumbing projects from conception to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients on plumbing solutions and best practices.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and project coordination, preferably in the plumbing or construction industry.
• Proven track record of successful sales and project management in similar roles.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
