📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and clean guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards, ensuring a spotless environment for our guests.
• Use our state-of-the-art housekeeping software to manage room assignments and track cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Inspect rooms for any damage or maintenance issues, reporting them to the maintenance team promptly.
• Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols, using our approved cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greeting guests and addressing their needs with a smile.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure smooth operations and meet daily cleaning targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping to continuously improve your skills.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and contribute to a positive work culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Familiarity with housekeeping software such as CleanXpert or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
