You will handle employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, all while leveraging tools like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the recruitment process for various healthcare roles, ensuring we attract and hire top talent.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to support employee development.
• Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs and initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide HR support during mergers, acquisitions, or organizational changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR personnel roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a must.
