📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and manage the company's budget, forecasting financial needs and preparing financial projections.
• Conduct regular audits of financial processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide financial support to other departments, such as operations and sales, to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices, and implement necessary updates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management and compliance, preferably in the logistics or international trade industry.
• Proficiency in financial software, including QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of local and international financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of local languages such as Bahasa Indonesia or Balinese is a plus.
• Certification in financial management or compliance (e.g., CPA, CFA, or ACCA) is a plus.
