📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and organize event promotions for Indofood products, ensuring they meet the company's objectives and the needs of the target audience.
• Coordinate with vendors, including caterers, decorators, and entertainment providers, to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring that all expenses are within the allocated budget and that the event is profitable.
• Oversee the setup and execution of events, ensuring that all event details are meticulously planned and executed.
• Monitor event progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure the event runs smoothly and meets its objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all event attendees are satisfied with their experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all event promotions are aligned with the company's marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all event expenses, revenues, and other financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, with a focus on product promotions.
