📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly expenses to ensure they are within budget.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures.
Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
Work closely with the procurement team to negotiate and secure the best prices for ingredients and supplies.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
Develop and maintain cost control systems and procedures.
Provide cost control training to staff to ensure consistent application of cost control measures.
Prepare and present cost control reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control or a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
