📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive business and property valuations using advanced valuation techniques and software such as Valuator, ValuSoft, and Excel.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for clients, including market analysis, comparable transactions, and financial projections.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their valuation needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices in real estate and property valuation.
• Assist in the preparation of due diligence reports and financial statements for high-stakes transactions.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations to present valuation findings and advise on financial strategies.
• Provide ongoing support and training to junior staff on valuation methodologies and tools.
• Contribute to the development of valuation methodologies and processes to enhance the quality and efficiency of our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification in valuation (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business and property valuation.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian real estate market and valuation standards.
• Proficient in using valuation software such as Valuator, ValuSoft, and Excel.
