📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new processes and procedures,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate training materials,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned in their work

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management software and tools,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to travel for training sessions and workshops
