📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing student records and information.
  • Provide information and guidance to students regarding university policies and procedures.
  • Support the Student Services team in organizing events and activities.
  • Assist in the coordination of student support services, including counseling and academic advising.
  • Handle student inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of student services programs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in student services, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language is an advantage.
