You will work closely with parents to ensure a seamless transition into our center and maintain open lines of communication throughout the day.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement daily lesson plans that align with early childhood development standards.
• Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for toddlers.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and development, providing appropriate support and guidance.
• Collaborate with parents to ensure a smooth transition and maintain open lines of communication.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our educational programs.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity and individuality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching toddlers in an early childhood education setting.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPCA, CCEA, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and parents.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
• First Aid certification is a plus.
