Direct Den Pratama is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can help us maintain high standards of efficiency and productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Maintain accurate records of operations and processes.,Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the team in achieving operational targets and goals.,Provide assistance in training and mentoring new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
