📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing.
• Ensure all laundry items are cleaned, sanitized, and returned to clients in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Use professional laundry equipment such as washing machines, dryers, and irons.
• Handle and dispose of laundry waste responsibly, following environmental guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Work efficiently and effectively, meeting daily service targets.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in laundry services or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Familiarity with using professional laundry equipment and tools.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
