CV Teknologi Sumber is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. You will work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure the success of these initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and develop training materials and activities.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.,Collaborate with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure the success of learning initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Develop and maintain a learning and development plan for the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning and development programs.
