📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.
• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Perform quality control tests and ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in lab management.
• Certification in relevant laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring laboratory staff.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with laboratory software and data management systems.
