Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all business objectives are met and exceeded.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the company.,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring that the company is operating within budget and financial goals are being met.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met and that the company is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other professional gatherings.,Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a general management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Proficient in financial management and analysis, with the ability to monitor and analyze financial performance.,Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements, with the ability to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Proficient in the use of management software and tools, such as ERP systems, CRM software, and project management tools.,Fluent in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
