In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create, update, and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other types of technical documentation.,Ensure that technical documentation is clear, concise, and easy to understand for end-users.,Review and edit technical content to maintain a high standard of quality and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
