📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks and data management.,Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment effectively.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
