📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize our online store to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.,Provide excellent customer service to both online and in-store customers.,Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.,Manage inventory and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of our e-commerce platform.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or a similar role.,Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
