📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and WordPress, to ensure high performance and user experience.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and brand awareness.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate pricing and product listings across all platforms.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate promotions, discounts, and special offers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce administration, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
