📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and motivate the branch staff, ensuring that they are fully trained and equipped to deliver excellent customer service.,Ensure that the branch meets all health and safety regulations, and that it is maintained to a high standard.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure that the branch is aligned with the company's overall strategy.,Ensure that the branch is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role within the hospitality or retail industry.,A degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in managing a team in a multicultural environment.,Experience in using sales and marketing software and tools.
