📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales floor, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for customers.,Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and assisting customers with their purchases.,Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure products are available and displayed attractively.,Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional events and sales campaigns.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Work closely with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing support to the sales team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and sales techniques.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
