📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including menu selection, guest lists, and event logistics.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure that all event details are accurately communicated to vendors and suppliers.,Provide excellent customer service to event guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet venues, including decor, tables, and equipment.,Help with the preparation of food and beverages, ensuring that all items are served promptly and in good condition.,Monitor event timelines and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and follow-up communications with clients and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event planning industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
