📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Analyze and report on distribution performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement distribution plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide leadership and support to the distribution team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of distribution activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution and logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution systems, software, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of success in managing distribution teams and operations.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the distribution industry.
  • Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
