Cafe Tono Kebab is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. This role is remote and offers a competitive salary of Rp 4.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, and be able to work effectively in a remote environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Ensure all vehicles are in good condition and comply with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to optimize costs.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and generate reports as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.,Implement and monitor fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
