PT Sinergi Astrid is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to join our team in Singkawang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety by implementing and maintaining strict quality control procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotions, events, and social media engagement.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet the required standards of service and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment to enhance the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
