📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage and train junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.,Conduct regular financial audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices to improve departmental performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a leadership role preferred.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
