📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems throughout the resort.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for system upgrades and repairs.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor junior staff on mechanical systems and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve system efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Provide regular reports on system performance and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Certification in mechanical systems maintenance (e.g., NATE, CMMS, or similar).
• Proficient in using mechanical engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
