📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach efforts.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals and business plans.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on business development strategies.,Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.,Support the business development team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.,Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed.,Participate in industry events and networking activities to build relationships and expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Strong understanding of market trends and business development strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and business culture is a plus.
